Along the foot of the Sierra de Alhamilla mountain range following the route of the old mining railway between Lucainena de las Torres and Agua Amarga

Between the Barrio Francés (French Quarter) and the town centre of Pueblonuevo, passing alongside the superb mining management building of the Sociedad Minero Metalúrgica de Peñarroya (Peñarroya Mining and Metallurgical Company), the old Mining Hospital, the French School, the flour mill, and the Pueblonuevo del Terrible narrow gauge railway station.
